Printing Warranty Terms

1. 7-Day Quality Guarantee. We offer a 7-day warranty from the delivery date for any products that do not meet the agreed specifications.
2. Color Variation Disclaimer for Small Print Runs. No warranty is provided for color discrepancies in small-volume print runs (e.g., 100–2,000 boxes) under standard pricing listed on our website. Example: 1,000 soap boxes at 5 THB per piece, including free matte or gloss lamination.
3. Case-by-Case Claims for Color Issues. In the event of color variation, claims will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- This is due to the nature of gang-run printing, where multiple customer jobs are printed together to reduce costs. Shared plates, printing processes, coating, labor, production planning, and paper allowances are all factors that can impact color consistency. While rare, such variations may occur. If color accuracy is critical, please inform us in advance so we can provide a custom quotation.
4. Gang-Run Printing – Color Accuracy Not Guaranteed. Color consistency is not guaranteed for gang-run jobs, as this method is designed for cost savings.
- For precise color matching, dedicated print runs or special color orders are required.
- Additional charges apply: THB 2,500–5,000, depending on color specifications and quantity.
- Example: For 1,000 serum boxes with a rose gold background and additional text, an extra color charge of THB 3,000 per design per color will apply. Customers may select a Pantone color for accurate color reproduction.
5. Color Matching from Previous Jobs. To ensure the best possible color consistency, we kindly request that customers provide a sample of their previous print job so we can accurately match the colors to your specifications.

    • Foil Stamping Guidelines: What’s Acceptable and What’s Not
    • Foil stamping is not recommended for digital printing jobs due to a high risk of misalignment.
    • Avoid foil stamping on small-sized text.
    • Large-area foil stamping may cause visible marks or air bubbles — it should be done before lamination.
    • Additional limitations may apply according to the factory’s technical specifications.
