Paper Bag Production Terms

Manufacturing

  1. Art Card Paper (190 gsm) – Double-sided printing with the same design, includes free glossy PVC coating.
  2. Kraft Paper (125 gsm) – Double-sided printing available; please consult our sales team.
  3. Production Lead Time: 15-20 business days after confirmation of mock-up and specification sheet
    (subject to order quantity and current workload).
  4. Color Proofing: Orders over 20,000 THB or those requiring precise logo/background colors can request real color proofing. Orders below 20,000 THB require an additional 3,000 THB proofing fee.
    (Proofing does not allow artwork revisions. Any changes will incur an additional fee. Final print color variation: ±10-20%.)
  5. Free Logo Placement Service – We arrange your logo on the design at no extra cost.
  6. Free Delivery – Available within Bangkok & metropolitan areas for orders exceeding 15,000 THB.
  7. Color-Specific Printing Costs – Additional 2,500 – 5,000 THB depending on the number of custom colors and print volume.
  8. Dark Background Prints – Black, brown, dark green, navy, etc. with matte lamination may develop minor scratches or streaks (expected variation: 10-20%). Customers must acknowledge this risk
  9. Kraft Paper Bags – Paper handles (twisted or flat) may have slight color inconsistencies due to the nature of recycled paper. Color variations (±10-20%) are unavoidable as determined by the supplier.

Payment Terms

30% deposit is required before starting production, divided into three installments.
1.For orders over 15,000 THB, a 30% deposit (including VAT) is required to start, followed by 50%
The remaining 20% must be paid upon receipt of either partial or full delivery.

2.For orders between 10,000 – 15,000 THB, an 80% deposit (including VAT) is required to confirm production,
with the remaining 20% due upon receiving part or all of the products.

3.For orders below 10,000 THB, full payment is required upfront.

Deposits and full payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Prices exclude 7% VAT and shipping costs.
(Note: The company reserves the right to deny deposit refunds under all circumstances.)

Shipping

1.Bangkok & Metropolitan Areas: Orders below 15,000 THB incur a 300 THB shipping fee.
2.J&T or other couriers: 300-500 THB, or actual cost as applicable.
3.Upcountry: Deliveries via selected transport routes (Lines 2, 3, 4, 5) with cash-on-delivery at no extra charge.

Warranty

  1. 7-day quality warranty from the delivery date for specification discrepancies.
  2. No color warranty for small print runs (100-2,000 boxes).
  3. In case of color discrepancies, claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
  4. Shared print layout orders are not eligible for color accuracy claims.
  5. If reprinting previous orders, customers should provide a sample for color matching (except shared print layouts).
