Production Terms & Conditions

Manufacturing

Material: 130gsm glossy art paper.
Printing: 4-color CMYK and Pantone options available.
Lead Time: 40-60 business days.
Customers must provide .AI, .EPS, .PSD, or .PDF files ready for production
Design Service: Free design service available for customers without ready-to-print files.
Special Finishes: Free gloss/matte lamination, Spot UV, and foil stamping in all colors.
Printed colors may not match 100% with screen previews (computer, phone, tablet).
Plate revisions due to customer errors (e.g., missing text, undesired colors after digital proofing) will incur a fee of 2,000 THB per revision.
(on-site color adjustments not permitted).
Foil Stamping Precision: For exact positioning, separate printing from other customers is required, and a new quote will be provided.
Partial Order Pickup: Full remaining balance must be paid before receiving part of the order.
Storage Policy: Completed orders must be collected or shipped within 7 days; beyond this period, the company is not responsible for storage or damages.
Order Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable. Additional incurred costs
(e.g., mockups, plates, die-cut molds, color proofs, embossing blocks) are not included in refunds.
Shipping Costs: Not included in pricing and subject to company promotions or order volume.

Payment Terms

30% deposit is required before starting production, divided into three installments.
1.For orders over 15,000 THB, a 30% deposit (including VAT) is required to start, followed by 50%
upon production confirmation, and the remaining 20% upon receiving part or all of the products.
2.For orders between 10,000 – 15,000 THB, an 80% deposit (including VAT) is required to confirm production,
with the remaining 20% due upon receiving part or all of the products.
3.For orders below 10,000 THB, full payment is required upfront.

Deposits and full payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Prices exclude 7% VAT and shipping costs.
(Note: The company reserves the right to deny deposit refunds under all circumstances.)

Shipping

Bangkok & Metropolitan Areas: Orders below 15,000 THB incur a 300 THB shipping fee.
J&T or other couriers: 300-500 THB, or actual cost as applicable.
Upcountry: Deliveries via selected transport routes (Lines 2, 3, 4, 5) with cash-on-delivery at no extra charge.

Warranty

1.รับประกันคุณภาพงาน 7 วัน นับจากวันส่งมอบ กรณีงานไม่ตรงสเปค
2.ไม่รับประกันเรื่องสีเพี้ยน กรณีงานพิมพ์จำนวนน้อย (100-2,000 ใบ)
3.กรณีสีเพี้ยน ทางบริษัทฯ พิจารณาการเคลมเป็นกรณีไป
4.งานเลย์ร่วม ทางโรงพิมพ์ไม่รับประกันเรื่องสีทุกกรณี
5.ลูกค้าเคยผลิตงานพิมพ์แล้ว รบกวนแนบตัวอย่าง เพื่อให้สีตรงตามความต้องการ (ยกเว้นงานเลย์ร่วม)

Customer Notice

Printing prices exclude design fees.
Printed colors may not be 100% identical to digital screens.
The company uses Epson digital proofing with genuine ink.
No color guarantee unless selecting digital printing or premium color options.
Plate revisions due to customer file errors cost 2,000 THB per revision.
No on-site color adjustments or print inspections at the factory.
Urgent orders require prior consultation with sales.
Partial product pick-up requires full payment of the remaining balance.
Products not picked up or shipped within 7 days are not the company's responsibility for storage.
