Lightbox Sign Production Terms

Manufacturing

Pre-made product – Custom frame modifications are not available.
No installation service provided – Customers can easily install by mounting on a wall or suitable surface.
3-month lighting system warranty from the date of purchase.
Custom design services available – Starting at 950 – 3,000 THB, with a design & production lead time of 5 – 7 business days, plus next-day shipping.
Urgent orders (2 – 4 days) – Pricing available upon request from our sales team.
Storage Policy: Completed orders must be shipped within 7 days. The company is not responsible for product storage beyond this period, and any damage incurred will be at the customer's risk.

Payment Terms

30% deposit is required before starting production, divided into three installments.
1.For orders over 15,000 THB, a 30% deposit (including VAT) is required to start, followed by 50%
The remaining 20% must be paid upon receipt of either partial or full delivery.

2.For orders between 10,000 – 15,000 THB, an 80% deposit (including VAT) is required to confirm production,
with the remaining 20% due upon receiving part or all of the products.

3.For orders below 10,000 THB, full payment is required upfront.

Deposits and full payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Prices exclude 7% VAT and shipping costs.
(Note: The company reserves the right to deny deposit refunds under all circumstances.)

Shipping

1.Bangkok & Metropolitan Areas: Orders below 15,000 THB incur a 300 THB shipping fee.
2.J&T or other couriers: 300-500 THB, or actual cost as applicable.
3.Upcountry: Deliveries via selected transport routes (Lines 2, 3, 4, 5) with cash-on-delivery at no extra charge.

Warranty

7-day quality warranty from the delivery date for specification discrepancies.
No color warranty for small print runs (100-2,000 boxes).
In case of color discrepancies, claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Shared print layout orders are not eligible for color accuracy claims.
If reprinting previous orders, customers should provide a sample for color matching (except shared print layouts).
