Cotton Bags Production Terms

Manufacturing

  1. Available Materials: Twill-weave cotton (bleached/unbleached), canvas, nylon, burlap, 600D fabric.
  2. Production Time: 14 days after confirmation (excluding holidays, subject to order volume and production queue).
  3. Screen Printing: Can be printed edge-to-edge and bottom-aligned, with a potential variance of ±1 cm due to manual craftsmanship.
  4. Bag Size Variation: Due to handmade production, bag dimensions may vary by ±1 cm.
  5. Strap Positioning: Stitch placement may vary by approximately 0.5 – 1 cm.
  6. Screen Printing Overlapping Stitches: May cause slight ink cracking.
  7. QR Code Printing: Minimum size 5 cm for scannability.

How to Request a Tote Bag Quote

  1. Select Material: Specify fabric type (e.g., canvas).
  2. Specify Bag Size: Provide precise width × height (in cm).
  3. Print Area: Indicate if printing is on one or both sides (e.g., front only).
  4. Number of Colors: Specify printing colors (e.g., 2 colors: red & white).
  5. Delivery Date:Provide the required delivery date (e.g., March 15, 2023).
  6. Quantity: Specify the number of bags (minimum 100 pcs).
  7. Shipping Address: Required for shipping cost calculation.
  8. Upload Design Files: Submit sample images (2000px or 300 DPI preferred). For best quality, .AI files are recommended.

Payment Terms

30% deposit is required before starting production, divided into three installments.
1.For orders over 15,000 THB, a 30% deposit (including VAT) is required to start, followed by 50%
upon production confirmation, and the remaining 20% upon receiving part or all of the products.

2.For orders between 10,000 – 15,000 THB, an 80% deposit (including VAT) is required to confirm production,
with the remaining 20% due upon receiving part or all of the products.

3.For orders below 10,000 THB, full payment is required upfront.

Deposits and full payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Prices exclude 7% VAT and shipping costs.
(Note: The company reserves the right to deny deposit refunds under all circumstances.)

Shipping

1.Bangkok & Metropolitan Areas: Orders below 15,000 THB incur a 300 THB shipping fee.
2.J&T or other couriers: 300-500 THB, or actual cost as applicable.
3.Upcountry: Deliveries via selected transport routes (Lines 2, 3, 4, 5) with cash-on-delivery at no extra charge.
