Manufacturing Terms & Conditions

Manufacturing

Uses 350gsm single-sided art card paper, uncoated, with 4-color logo printing on one side.Offset printing process.
production takes 7-10 business days after customer approval of the final proof (subject to workload at the time).
The quoted price and lead time do not include design services. Customers must provide print-ready files in .AI, .EPS, .PSD, or .PDF formats.
Customers without design files can request in-house design services starting at 950 – 3,000 THB, subject to company terms.
Printed colors may not match 100% with screen previews (computer, phone, tablet).
Plate revisions due to customer errors (e.g., missing text, undesired colors after digital proofing) will incur a fee of 2,000 THB per revision.
On-site press checks or color adjustments during printing are not allowed under any circumstances.
No color guarantee unless printed using DIGITAL printing or special color processing. For precise color requirements, customers must inform the sales team for a special color price quote: 3,000 – 5,000 THB per special color per design and quantity.
Additional custom printing options available: Gold/Silver Foil Stamping,Embossing/Debossing ,Spot UV Coating
Window-cut with plastic film application – starting at 1 THB per box (depends on window size)
Varnish coating – 0.50 THB per box (depends on box size)
Free die-cut mold and free mockup sample before mass production.

Payment Terms

30% deposit is required before starting production, divided into three installments.
For orders over 10,000 THB, payments are divided as follows: 30% deposit, 50% upon production start, and 20% before delivery.
For orders below 10,000 THB, full payment is required upfront.
Deposits and full payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Prices exclude 7% VAT and shipping costs.

Shipping

Bangkok & Metropolitan Areas: Orders below 15,000 THB incur a 300 THB shipping fee.
J&T or other couriers: 300-500 THB, or actual cost as applicable.
Upcountry: Deliveries via selected transport routes (Lines 2, 3, 4, 5) with cash-on-delivery at no extra charge.

Warranty

7-day quality warranty from the delivery date for specification discrepancies.
No color warranty for small print runs (100-2,000 boxes).
In case of color discrepancies, claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Shared print layout orders are not eligible for color accuracy claims.
If reprinting previous orders, customers should provide a sample for color matching (except shared print layouts).

Customer Notice

Printing prices exclude design fees.
Shared print layout may have color variations.
Printed colors may not be 100% identical to digital screens.
The company uses Epson digital proofing with genuine ink.
No color guarantee unless selecting digital printing or premium color options.
Plate revisions due to customer file errors cost 2,000 THB per revision.
No on-site color adjustments or print inspections at the factory.
Urgent 3-day orders require prior consultation with sales.
Partial product pick-up requires full payment of the remaining balance.
Products not picked up or shipped within 7 days are not the company's responsibility for storage.
