What is the minimum order quantity for custom packaging?

How long does production take?

Standard packaging boxes (cream boxes, soap boxes): 3-5 business days
Design services: 5-7 business days (urgent service available: 3 days)
Large or custom-set boxes (larger than A4): 7-12 business days
Foil-coated boxes: 12-15 business days
Hologram boxes: 15 business days
Kraft brown boxes: 10-15 business days
Paper handle bags: 5-7 business days
Paper cup sleeves: 5-7 business days
Paper bands: 7-12 business days
Rigid boxes: 20-25 business days
Paper bags: 15-20 business days
Product labels: 1-3 business days
Anti-counterfeit hologram printing: 19-20 business days
Foil pouches (digital print): 22-24 business days
Foil pouches (gravure print): 25-27 business days

What should customers be aware of?

There may be a color variation of approximately 10% to 15% between the first print run and reprints. This is a natural occurrence in printing. If color accuracy is a top priority, we offer the following options:

Digital Printing – Recommended if you prioritize color consistency and speed.

Actual Plate Proofing – This is the closest color proof to the final production print. However,

it involves higher costs.

Digital Proofing – A high-resolution inkjet print on specialized proofing paper. It serves as a color guide for the printing team but cannot be printed on 350gsm art card (the final production material). Expect a color variation of ±10% to 15% compared to offset printing, due to differences in ink types and printing technology.
