However, please review and confirm all content and requested changes carefully.<br>All final approvals must be submitted in writing via LINE chat. Phone call confirmations cannot be used as official proof.<br>\u2013 Design revisions are limited to a maximum of 3 times, depending on your selected design package.<br>\u2013 Additional revisions beyond the limit will be subject to an extra charge of up to 300 THB per revision, payable before delivery.<br>\u2013 For box design services, only image files will be provided.<br>(AI files are not included in the standard design package. Production takes approximately 3\u20135 business days after mock-up approval.<br>(Lead time may vary depending on order volume and public holidays as per company schedule.)<br>5. Production Timeline Notice. In case of high workload or unforeseen circumstances, lead times may change. We will inform customers in advance if delays are expected.<br>6. Urgent Orders. If you require express printing service, an additional fee of 3,000 THB will apply.<br>7. Digital Box Printing Limitations, Maximum flat size: A4 or A3. If printing on both sides (front and back), there may be alignment issues on the reverse side.<br>8. Double-Sided Digital Printing Cost. Printing on both sides using digital printing will be charged at double the regular price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important Notice<\/strong><br>\u2013 Artwork revisions may cause delays in the production process.<br>(Therefore, we kindly ask customers to submit final and print-ready files to ensure a smooth layout process, plate-making, and timely production.)<br>\u2013 Please carefully check all artwork files before giving final approval for production. Once the design is approved, no further changes can be made.<br>Any errors may result in additional costs, which we sincerely wish to help customers avoid.<br>\u2013 If the provided artwork contains special effects or formatting issues due to different software versions, and errors occur during production,<br>customers will be required to revise the files themselves. Due to production processes, actual quantities may vary by \u00b110\u201315%. Customers are required to pay the actual amount for any excess quantity produced.<br>6. Final printed colors may match approximately 80\u201390% of the digital artwork, or 85\u201390% when compared to Pantone references, due to material differences.<br>7. Colors shown on computer or mobile screens are not accurate references for printed results, as digital displays do not represent actual print colors.<br>8. The company does not provide physical samples prior to printing. Production is based on the confirmed artwork and specifications approved by the customer. Customers will see the final product only after full production is completed.<br>9. If customers wish to receive a physical sample before mass production, an additional fee of 8,500 THB will apply. This will also extend the lead time by approximately 14 business days.<br>10. Color cylinders are not returned to the customer, but will be stored for future repeat orders. The company guarantees the condition of the cylinders for 6 months.<br>If there is no reorder within this period, the cylinders may become damaged or rusted, and customers will be required to pay for new ones.<br>11. Customers are kindly requested to carefully review and confirm all product specifications before approving production, including:\nlogo, text content, FDA numbers, barcodes, QR codes, product dimensions, positioning, and any other special details. The company will not be responsible for any errors once production has been confirmed.<br>12. In case of order cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.<br>13. Free delivery within Bangkok and nearby areas. After that, the credit will expire.<br>- Partial delivery is only available after full payment of the remaining balance.<br>- All quoted prices exclude 7% VAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Product Delivery &amp; Pickup Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>- Once production is completed, our sales team will inform the customer to proceed with the final payment as per the agreed terms.<br>- If payment has been made (whether partially or in full), but the customer does not request delivery or pick up the goods within 7 days, a storage fee of 300 THB per square meter per month will apply.<br>This fee must be paid at the time of product pickup. The company is not responsible for any damage or deterioration of goods during storage.<br>- If there are any defects in the received products, the customer must return the items within 7 days.
